Pack Your Gear
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective layers and tags are intact.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and tape it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
